One of the easiest and most effective ways to give is a regularly scheduled monthly gift. Nonprofits rely on recurring gifts to confidently plan financially without solely relying on costly special events, the uncertainty of grant funding, or time-consuming capital campaigns.
Monthly giving benefits donors too! Regularly scheduled gifts are convenient and easily worked into a family’s budget. Monthly donors also understand this is a great way to maximize their giving potential. For example, a one-time gift of $500 is great, but a scheduled $100 monthly give has more than twice the impact over the course of a year!
The Round-up
Make a Difference with every swipe! Accumulated Round-Up change from card purchases is donated to Fortress on the last day of each month.
Choose “Round-Up” and follow the easy prompts. Select how much to give each month ($9.99 minimum). You can adjust your limits up or down anytime you want.
Donors who have already created an account do not need to do so again. Just log in and set this as one more way to keep giving!
Make everyday purchases. Groceries, fuel, those cute new shoes…anything! Purchases on the registered card will Round-Up to the next dollar. Odds are you won’t miss that spare change (around $0.34/day on average), but it will have a huge impact!
